We offer free standard shipping on every order, worldwide — no minimum.
Processing time
Orders are processed and quality-checked within 1–3 business days of payment. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link once it ships.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 8–15 business days after dispatch. Because each piece is carefully selected and quality-checked before it ships, delivery may occasionally take slightly longer during peak periods or due to customs processing.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order is on its way. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges, where they apply, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.
