The Trailhand is cut from top-grain leather and hand-rubbed to a vintage distressed finish that deepens with use rather than wearing out. Real hide develops a surface sheen over time. Synthetic materials peel. These are not the same thing.
Inside: a padded laptop compartment, four additional pockets, and a layout that keeps daily essentials organized without digging. Outside: double shoulder straps and a top handle for however you need to carry it. Under 20L — the right size for a commute or a long weekend, not a commitment to checked luggage.
