We want you to be happy with your Vonkron piece. Please read this policy carefully as it sets out when returns and refunds are available.
Defective, damaged or incorrect items
Returns are accepted only if your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. In these cases we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
No change-of-mind returns
Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size/colour selection, or buyer’s remorse. Please choose carefully and review product details before ordering.
How to request a return
Email reda.chahine@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the defect, damage or incorrect item. We will review your request and, if approved, send return instructions.
Return shipping costs
Where a return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law. We recommend using a tracked service; we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.
Non-returnable
Items that are not defective, damaged or incorrect; items returned without prior approval; and items returned more than 14 days after delivery cannot be accepted.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
