Welcome to Vonkron. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vonkron website and your purchase of products from our online store (the “Store”). By accessing the Store or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We make every effort to display our products and their colours, materials and details as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your device displays colours accurately. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limitations). A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund of any amount charged.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details. By submitting a payment you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
6. Shipping

7. Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted only for items that arrive defective, damaged or incorrect. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Store — including text, graphics, logos, images and the Vonkron name — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes.
10. Disclaimers
The Store is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vonkron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

You agree to indemnify and hold Vonkron harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Store.
13. Governing law
